English Paper Piecing
In this two session class you will learn to fussy cut using a honeycomb template and hand sew pieces together making intricate blocks, in the Lucy Boston style. This is a technique class, you will not make a finished quilt top but you will have the skills to continue on your own.
Supplies needed: 1) acrylic template and corresponding papers - available at Adirondack Quilts
2) glue pen and refills - available at Adirondack Quilts
3) neutral thread and hand sewing needles
4) small cutting mat and rotary cutter
5) small amount of waxed paper
6) small scissors
7) print fabrics suitable for fussy cutting (multiple design repeats) and color coordinating fabrics
